Valleys Full Contact


Valleys Full Contact started back in 2007, a small number of students wanted to up their training and test themselves at this demanding level. We cover full contact, low kick and K1 rules.

We offer full contact training after the main sessions twice a week to supplement the weekly training plans already put in place by the instructors. We dont usually accept new starters in this session unless they have completed a number of months conditioning or have prior full contact experience. For more details ask in class or use the contact number.
